Getting started
I can't sign in with Apple.
ZEROED uses Sign in with Apple, which requires iOS 13 or later. If the sign-in sheet doesn't appear, check that you're connected to the internet, signed in to iCloud, and that your device's date and time are set to automatic. If the problem persists, try restarting the app. Still stuck? Email us with your iOS version and a description of what you see.
The app says "still finishing sign-in" and won't move forward.
This usually clears within a few seconds. If it doesn't, force-quit the app (swipe up from the bottom and dismiss it) and reopen. ZEROED will detect the stale state and prompt you to sign in fresh.
I don't see my old username when I sign in on a new device.
Your account is keyed to your Apple ID, so signing in with the same Apple account on a different device should restore your username, country, and stats automatically. If it doesn't, email us with the username you're trying to recover.
Playing the game
Why can't I tap during the global round?
Two possibilities. First, ZEROED Pro is required to submit scores in the Global mode — you'll see "Go Pro to play" if you don't have it. Second, if you opened the app after the current round had already started, you're a spectator for that round and can join the next one. Watch the round play out — you'll be eligible the moment the next round begins.
Why is my country wrong on the leaderboard?
You can change your country in Settings. We use this for the country leaderboard only — never for ad targeting or tracking.
Can I change my username?
Not in the app yet. If you'd like to change yours, email us with your current and desired username and we'll update it for you. Usernames are globally unique, so we'll let you know if your pick is taken.
What is the Solo countdown range?
1 to 60 seconds. Open the countdown chip on the Solo tab to set yours. Custom Solo countdowns require ZEROED Pro; free users can practice with the default countdown.
ZEROED Pro and purchases
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. Apple will silently re-grant your entitlement.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ZEROED and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your ZEROED purchase, and request a refund. If Apple declines and you believe it was an error, email us and we'll do what we can to advocate on your behalf.
I was charged but I don't have Pro features.
First, try restoring purchases (Settings → Restore Purchases). If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple receipt or order number and we'll investigate.
What does the 3-day free trial cover?
The trial unlocks every Pro feature for three days. You'll be charged the regular monthly price at the end of the trial unless you cancel first via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This wipes your profile, username, gameplay history, and purchase records from our servers. The action is permanent — once confirmed, your data is gone within a few seconds.
How do I export my data?
Email tuna.ozerdem@yahoo.com from the email address tied to your Apple ID and we'll send you a JSON export of everything we hold about you within 30 days.
What data does ZEROED collect?
See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown. The short version: your Apple ID identifier, the username and country you choose, your gameplay timing stats, and your Pro subscription state. No location, no contacts, no ads.
Bug reports and feedback
I found a bug.
Please email us with: a description of what happened, what you expected, your iOS version, your iPhone model, and a screen recording if possible. The more we can reproduce, the faster we can fix.
